Home Inspection Colorado LLC was established in 2018.

After buying a house myself, I decided to offer my professional service to prospective homeowners.

The mission of Home Inspection Colorado LLC is to educate the clients about their new home in the vision of the house as a system.

We are insured and certified.

Enrico is the owner and inspector @ Home Inspection Colorado LLC.

Born and raised in Italy, he moved to Colorado in 2016 and started his own home inspection company in 2018 in Pueblo.

He is a mechanical engineer, and he is currently pursuing his Professional Engineer license in Colorado.

In order to offer a better service to my clients, I go through continuous education and earn new professional certifications every year.

I got my Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) certification by the International Association of Certified Home Inspector (InterNACHI®) in 2018.

In 2019 I got professionally certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI®) as a building analyst.

The BPI® certification allow us to perform blower door tests for new construction and energy audits for different utility providers.

In 2020, I was certified by the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT).

We offer home inspection services in Southern Colorado, mainly along the front range.

We work mostly in Pueblo and Colorado Springs.
